At this expert's firm, this expert has led the development of over 70 regional and statewide ITS architectures as well as national and regional ITS architectures overseas. This expert was involved in the Inter-Agency Group's (IAG) successful design, development and deployment of the Reconciliation Network that connects all E-ZPass customer service centers. This expert is an NHI (US DOT National Highway Institute) certified instructor, teaching and developing courses in National ITS Architecture, Turbo Architecture, Improving Highway Safety with ITS, and ITS Systems Engineering; and is an instructor for a National Transit Institute.
